Bath Time!

This is their first bath time. They both had a bunch of fun! Mimi was splashing her feet in the water, it was VERY entertaining. Mia was playing bubbles and she was also rinsing Mimi off too... they had such a great time. I even captured it on video.

Monkey Feet

Gabe laughs all the time because I can lift things with my toes haha. We got a good chuckle with this photo because Miranda was trying to feed herself by holding her bottle with her feet.

Thanksgiving 2008

This is my family. All of us, the only one not in here is Elizabeth, she didn't show up to dinner til later. In this photo is Gabe's older boys Gabriel Jr and Eric, also our grandson Gabriel's son Jax. You see Miranda in here too, she isn't so happy hahaha... leave it to someone to cry right.

Footprints

I took this photo, it reminded me of the prayer footprints.

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed
he was walking along the beach with the LORD.

Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand: one belonging
to him, and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.

He noticed that many times along the path of
his life there was only one set of footprints.

He also noticed that it happened at the very
lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he
questioned the LORD about it:

"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow
you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when
I needed you most you would leave me."

The LORD replied:

"My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

"hahaha the saying couldn't be more truer"

If you look close, you will see Isabel sitting on the floor. Mia and Miranda on each side. Raymond, Elizabeth and Eric in the back ... our van was soo full it was hilarious! We drove around Santa Cruz boardwalk for so many hours it was unreal! They were sooo packed!! When we drove around the parking lots were full, when we passed the darn lot, they opened the over flow, we were so upset. We paid to park in a hotel lot because we were tired of driving forever in the day! When we got out of the van, I am sure people laughed at us because we were a bunch of Mexicans piled in a car LOL!

She would make a great mom

Who thought.... one day, in the near future, not any time soon, she would be having her own child. Never did we think we would be this blessed this soon! We are pleased to announce the upcoming birth of baby Hernandez/Regalado due July 2009.
